The Strategic Program indicates where AGAMI aims to be over the next three years. The program does not introduce new structures: it sets the priorities on which to concentrate energies and resources, providing a shared compass for all the Association's activities.

Publication of the first Policy Papers and Working Papers in the AGAMI series.

Development of the scientific foundations for strengthening Italy-Morocco bilateral cooperation on family matters and the protection of minors — through comparative studies, technical consultations and analysis of the models adopted in other legal systems.

Legal mobility and transnational families

Within the 2027-2030 Strategic Programme, AGAMI is developing knowledge and support tools for legal international mobility and for the protection of transnational families between Italy and Morocco, in cooperation with public bodies, universities and third-sector organisations. The initiatives will be presented when they become active.

AGAMI's study activities and technical proposals are carried out with due respect for the exclusive competences of States, to which negotiating functions remain reserved.
