Art. 35 of Legislative Decree 117/2017 (the Third Sector Code) requires Third Sector entities to indicate, in their documents, correspondence and communications to the public, their legal nature, their registered office and their RUNTS registration number.

The National Single Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS), established within the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, gathers the data of registered entities and is freely accessible to citizens: anyone can verify the registration and essential data of an association.
The Third Sector Code also provides for disclosure obligations proportionate to the size of the entity: publication of the social report for entities with revenues exceeding one million euro, and publication of any remuneration paid to governing bodies and managers for entities with annual revenues exceeding one hundred thousand euro (art. 14, D.Lgs. 117/2017). Any public funding received is published pursuant to L. 124/2017 (art. 1, paragraphs 125-129).
AGAMI APS publishes its institutional documents in this section as they become available, in keeping with the principle of transparency towards members, supporters and institutions.
